The Timeline
2025 — The Spark
On a personal health journey, our founder Vedika realized nothing on the market combined real functional benefits with truly clean ingredients. Sweet Little Drinks was conceptualized as a solution — wellness beverages with zero processed sugars and organic ingredients.
2025 — Building the Brand
Months of perfecting recipes — sourcing organic matcha, testing Himalayan salt ratios for hydration coffee, and finding the ideal protein blend for our latte. Every formula went through dozens of iterations to hit the right balance of function and flavor.
2025 — First Funding
Awarded $1,000 in seed funding from Babson College, validating our concept and giving us the capital to start bringing Sweet Little Drinks to market.
$1,000 Awarded2025 — Kitchen Access
Won a $1,500 scholarship through Babson's Food & Beverage Innovation Lab, granting 3 months of commissary kitchen access. This gave us professional-grade production capability to scale from home batches to real-world service.
$1,500 Scholarship2026 — Launch
Launched our first pop-up events in the Boston/Wellesley area, serving all four classic drinks to real customers. The feedback was incredible — and it confirmed that the demand for clean functional beverages is very real.
April 2026 — Coming Up
Expanding to DoorDash for delivery across Boston — making it easier than ever to get your daily dose of functional wellness delivered right to your door.
